These terms cover your use of Hairstyle Try-On, made by PIE Drops Studio. By using the app you agree to them.
What the app does
You add a photo, choose a hairstyle, and we generate an image of you wearing it. The result is a prediction, not a photograph, and not a promise of what a stylist can achieve on your hair. Treat it as a starting point for a conversation, not a guarantee.
Subscriptions
- The app includes a limited number of free generations. Beyond that, a subscription is required.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Prices and trial lengths are shown in the app before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. We can't cancel on your behalf.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
Photos you add
You must have the right to use every photo you add, including reference photos of hairstyles that show other people. Don't add photos of anyone who wouldn't want you to, and don't add photos of children.
You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to process them only to produce your result, for as long as that takes and no longer.
What you may not do
- Use the app to impersonate someone, or to create misleading images of a real person.
- Upload sexual, hateful or illegal content.
- Resell generated images as though they were photographs of a real person.
- Automate, scrape or otherwise abuse the service, including working around generation limits.
We may suspend access if any of this happens.
Generated images
Images you generate are yours to use. Images shared from the app carry a small watermark; what you save to your own photo library does not.
Availability
We try to keep the app working, but we don't promise it will always be available or that every generation will succeed. If a generation fails, your credit is returned automatically.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, including decisions you make about your hair.
